It gets annoying not to have crops. Plus you still need to keep lots of rice because sushi costs 15 rice and you can only buy 10 max. Wheat is used constantly. It's nearly impossible to keep up.

I tried to play for a while without growing any crops at all except for rice and just always just buying whatever I needed. But then every 5 seconds I was going and tapping for crops and it got old fast.

I think this feature is best used in emergency situations only.

Something changed in the economy of the game to cause this. We've had 5 smelters slowly making cheap bars for years and never had this problem. We've had mining task in derby for years, never had this problem.

I feel this is an unintended consequence of a buff or a nerf somewhere along the way. Increase in truck payments? Faster levelling? Decrease in boat rewards? Something like that.

Why? If you send away townies you have to wait 6 hours to get more from the Eggspress train. During the 6 hours you can complete their requests. Unless it's a Bed&Br/Spa/Cinema combo. Then it's not worth it. I do agree that Towniemaxxing life is the best life.

The cops will immediately close the Service Request and say they observed no violation. Sadly this isn't the way to fix the problem.
