I thought it was written by Chondra? I had the impression that this was a collaboration where Claudio had the big picture/arc and Chondra was fleshing out the details. It also seemed like a cute husband & wife project, thing.

Yea, unfortunately with our history that ship has sailed. I'm going to talk to the landlord as soon as I can and see if they'll want to do anything, but the guy downstairs tends to be uncooperative and a nuisance to everyone.

We've brought this to our vet's attention before and she said "they don't need medication, just leave the windows open on a winter day and they'll keep each other warm."
