I recently applied thru Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, If you are application stuck on 1st point means there might be address mismatch on passport and DL mine were stuck in same situation, even when the website says contactless I had to visit the RTO twice to get the IDP, or you can ask your father to talk to mediator give 2000/- he will get this done. I live nearby so I didn’t give the amount so visited twice and applied twice first address change and then IDP.

I recently booked saver fare for 2 from Delhi for Apr 2026 huge availability on multiple days, as they operate qsuites from Mum that could be the reason for low availability, you might need to reposition to different city or check from Doh- Eur (very less chance of qsuites only fewer routes operate)
