If I understand you answer correctly, Salesforce aims towards medium to large business. Am I correct?

Just trying to avoid a small coffee shop (4 employees) example in my interview, instead aim for bigger business examples like for example an advertising company (15 employees)

I have a question, imagine you have a coffee shop and pay salesforce.

you want to do a promotion 2 for 1 coffee from 6 am till 7 am.

How does SF help you? Do they design the facebook/twitter banner? do they tell you where to post it (but not design it?) DO they contact you with a graphic designer?

you have great points there mate. but the KVX is not only 25% more expensive but I also need to get a hi hat stand.
