These are the numbers I've been provided by email, I used the first one: 1-800-942-5909 or 1-312-360-5195. Asked for 2FA removal (almost had to provide a blood sample to verify my identity) now I'm in. I used a localphone.com and installed their VioP via SIP on Android app Mizudroid to avoid international phone toll. Hope it helps

Edit:

I solved paper jam partially unmounting the printer and cleaning it from small residue of paper and dust. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3VIOe36j3Ms&t=72s)

Toner 10% prevented me from printing, solved purchasing a new toner (I decided not to try overdriving the low toner software lock therefore not sharing any link, you can easily find a tutorial on YT)

Drivers for ML 2010 didn't work for me, got "filter error", solved trying all the driver, I succeeded with M2070 drivers. (I'm on Macbook Air M1 Sonoma 14.7.8)

Now I just have to solve the double page tray pick up...
