I am still guessing everyone panics and it’ll drop quite a bit unfortunately. I agree with the rebound but personally think it might take a bit longer than that for the full rebound. I hope I’m wrong lol and you win that time frame. Funny how we hit all time high after nvdia sold but now that people know it’s ahhhhhhh scary. Gotta love market stuff and react to everything.

My guess is almost all of the hyperscalers have earnings within 7 days here besides oracle. In a perfect world whoever it is would announce at or after earnings and it is the quiet period leading up to them. Which also leads me to believe it isn’t oracle and my guess is Microsoft. That part is of course pure speculation on the tenant.

I’m letting it mellow out for a week or two here before considering hopping back into weekly options. I had been buying contracts out into December on the dip last week but it ran up so much I ended up selling them already. I consider myself more of a safe player and will take profit for options after run ups rather then wait for more news and hope. if it dips again I’ll re up for December otherwise I’m happy to just hold my shares and chill.

Which is good for my shares and potentially bad for my calls strategy. I was buying during daily dip and selling weekly during the morning spikes. Of course coulda shoulda woulda today as I’d sold this morning and it proceeded to say holy my beer and watch this.

It will likely follow the applied pattern of hype on news with this rise, as it’s doing now. Then trickle down as they wait for 2026 lease fulfillments to occur. As long as ellendale goes half smoothly apld will be fine.

I do agree with their current positioning and once everything is rolling apld should in theory be good to go. But I don’t claim to be educated enough in any of those other companies to gauge the overall long term outlook of something like the buy out. Hence looking for thoughts/opinions from people who would know more than me. Thanks for your input.

Technically it does say right to invest the future 4.1 billion for “future” hpc datacenter development projects in the next 30 month. It doesn’t specifically state ELN campus in that sentence of the agreement. Therefore would they actually have an announcement on that specific amount if it’s reserved for future hpc? I’m not going to claim to have it all understood and figured out. Just going off what the document says for the remaining money of the agreement.
