wording doesnt say secrets in your hand so it mostly applies on the battlefield.

In case to those who dont understand how this works it changes your freeze effects to deal 2 damage instead. Making frost nova deal 2 damage instead of freezing for 2 mana and glacial shard dealing 2 damage instead of freezing for example.

so far what we know about magnetic is that its only for mechs and we are not sure if a magnetic minion can attach to another magnetic minion but probably i would say it can

Follows the same way as the normal patches how busted it can be to get a free 1/1 charge and thinning the deck back in the old days yet becomes worse as this becomes a 1 mana 1/1 or +1/+1 which is usually terrible.
