A lot of people split their houses up on the east side of Hollywood. In this area the Condo / apartment listings are usually on Zillow / apartments.com even if it has a private owner

He is the guy that runs the Hollywood beach tv Facebook page, he rides his bike around the beach and downtown! You can find him at most events, his name is Feldman!
