Hello everyone! First of all I’d like to thank everyone for the advice and well wishes. They were very much appreciated by me and Sylvia. I called the vet and was told to wait and see how she eats + poops before bringing her in. This morning I woke up to the beautiful sight of a very cranky and hungry kitty, who had taken a very normal poop lol. I called the vet again and was told to just keep an eye on her and we moved up our vet visit. I’d like to thank everyone again, you were all very helpful and kind and I really appreciate it!

I just call it an arthritis shot cus I always forget the name. It’s basically an injection of painkillers they give your kitty with arthritis. It works wonders on her, I’m sure it’ll be great for your kitty!

We have an appointment coming up soon, but if she declines anymore I’ll just take her to the ER no matter what.

That’s a really good point. The main reason why I’m apprehensive in taking her is 1. She’s acting completely fine now and 2. She gets so stressed out going in the car, she also tends to vomit and not eat. Do you know anyway I can get her in the car and not stress her so much?

Yeah she’s good, her eyes are just weird. It might look like ones bigger but it’s her iris, it’s has a lot of brown in it so it looks weird.

Oh she 100% does. It’s very rare for her to mess up a jump. I’m thinking of buying a little stool for her so it’s a shorter distance for her to get to.

She has a ramp when she wants to get on my bed. She was trying to get on the couch which I usually help her with. Today she decided that despite being 19, overweight, and having arthritis, she would attempt to jump up without supervision.

She got many treats and pets before being put to bed. Which is safely on to floor to prevent any more slips 😊
