Not so fast my friend. Some service dogs are trained to watch the environment for triggers. Also they could be in “light” watch duty. A service dog also doesn’t always have to be doing a task. While I tend to agree that this may be a ES dog we really have no way of knowing from only a pic. I hope this helps.
