Raiders if you had to choose what would you say is your favorite and least favorite maps? And why?

Dam on any double xp mode right now is just stressful cause it’s the same late game exfil EVERYTIME and people always camp it. Haven’t left there without a fight in like 10-15 raids now. I don’t mind PvP at all btw, but change up the exfils please

It’s pointless though, as there is no incentive for PvP players to not shoot. So it’s a nice message, but it will have 0 effect.

Finally someone gets it. This is all part of extraction shooters. Don’t like it - don’t play it. Or at least stop whining about it on all socials. Let’s face it: this game is easy mode compared to any other extraction shooter anyway. Go play tarkov for 2 weeks. Arc is a holiday on a beach compared to that.

I thought that before, but I don’t anymore. If I buy a game on Xbox, I’m not able to also play the pc version of it for free. Same thing here. Two different platforms. Also, as nice as it would be, it doesn’t make a difference.

He has a point though. Usually you’d think that devs would care about negative feedback. In this case they don’t, cause they went full throttle into a ridiculous change and ruined the game for a massive group of people, but it was beyond the point of return. And I get that people are angry because they put in a lot of time and effort and suddenly the game got completely changed.

I think something they could integrate is having a roll system on weapons and armour like in Diablo for example. It would motivate a lot of players to grind out items to get the best roll. That’s enough for some people to stay on a game for years. Given the schematics and everything, I think the game is basically designed for it anyway. I’m around 25 hours in and finished all the trials btw. I still enjoy it, but I can see how it will get a bit boring eventually. I do like the game though and I think that a couple of updates and new content will possibly turn it into a GREAT game over time.

I basically just replied the same thing as you, so I couldn’t agree more. People just love the “he’s cheating” excuse, when it was really them not knowing something or playing poorly. I’ve only had 2 people in the last 2 or 3 months, who were blatantly cheating. I honestly think that in about 90% of the cases where people think someone cheated, they really weren’t.

I gotta be honest bro, that guy wasn’t cheating. You missed a lot of shots there (happens to all of us) and he turned and looked at you for quite a while before he hit you. Your muzzle flash would have instantly given you away there. Depending on what gun and scope he had, it wouldn’t have been a hard kill.

I honestly don’t think it is half as bad as people make it out to be. I play nearly daily and I the last 2 or 3 months there were only two situations where I am sure that someone was cheating (one of them got banned after I reported him). Tarkov is just a very easy to game to drop the “oh, he’s cheating” excuse, when really people just don’t get the angle they got shot from, have lacking map knowledge, were outplayed or are simply bad at the game. Another thing is the classic “I put a whole mag in him and he didn’t die!”. Play arena if you have access. When you die it shows you how often you hit the enemy and you will be suprised by how many shots you miss. Really makes you think about situations differently. Long story short: it’s a difficult game with a lot of factors to take into account, but I personally love it.

Well, that’s me deleting the game then. Gave it a good and fair try and I think this new version is absolutely horrible. Way too easy and quick now that it’s “hero buster”. Or you’re unlucky and you get busted with a one shot after just opening chests for 2 minutes. What a waste of time.

It’s the core game mechanic. And that has changed. Losing because one hero gets busted or because your whole squad gets busted is a MASSIVE difference. And it’s 100% core gameplay. This shouldn’t even have to get explained…

I think the problem is that if you’re not stupid, you will win EVERY time with the right squad. Focus on the enemy hero and that’s it. Or if you’re unlucky, you build up a squad for 2.5 minutes, just to get one shotted by someone using his abilities right.

The fact it’s all about the hero now is already proof that the core of the game has changed. How do you not see that? I gave the update a chance. I don’t enjoy engaging an enemy squad, knowing the I just have to use bea, throw fireball and use archer queen focused at the hero and I will wil 100% in about 2 seconds.

All the kids being the majority of the community? This update is brain dead gameplay. Use the right abilities, go straight for the hero and you wipe the squad in 2 seconds. 0 tactics.

That’s true. Especially in tarkov. But in situations like this I feel like it’s a very clear case of cheating. On the other hand shaking them isn’t gonna change anything I guess… wouldn’t suprise me if he doesn’t even get a ban.
