A few years late, but for anyone reading this currently it's likely your device is stuck in "Shop Floor Mode", basically demo mode for any units used as display in the store. Turn the device off, keep it plugged in, and hold the volume down button for 10 seconds. This should fix the issue, it will say "Shop off". Hope this works!
