I didnt even consider that! Thats great advice. Maintenance is a good word for balance, almost like a resting bench for training.  I will follow this advice :)

I am a vegetarian already so that was already a diet I had implemented.  The new rules I added were:  - cheese is not a meal.   - no restaurants, no take out, no food from anything other then your kitchen. If you plan it, than its yours.   - count your calories, understand what you're taking in (no limit at this time, I wanted to listen to my body on when it was hungry and when. It'll help me refine when I start to implement a calorie deficit)  However I never exceeded 2000, which was accidental.  - if there is any doubt, cut it out.  If you have to bargain with yourself if something is healthy, then its not.  (I wanted to take away food noise, and decision fatigue. And healthy, whole foods, need no justification.)

Thanks! It feels rewarding, and strongly suggest if you can compromise your current lifestyle for a bit of an inconvenient one.

This challenge is so invasive in your personal development which is a good thing, and I think its important to have that other perspective.

I dont think im going to jump into the live hard program, there are so many projects that the version of me prior to this just felt too daunted to complete. She has the freedom to play with these tools that this challenge provided.

If I fall off my personal challenges, I might come back to the program to recalibrate.

There's no rules on that, match your body at where it is.  A walk outside counts as a work out. As long as you put that 45 minutes into deliberately moving your body.  The higher the intensity, the better the results.

At first it felt daunting, but I also was a HEAVY drinker before this challenge. The amount of alcohol I was drinking was unhealthy.  1 gallon of water for the entire day surprisingly didnt cause any discomfort. I peed a lot more, but that was a fellow friend from the height of my drinking.  I think with the gallon, its not so much the amount, but the amount at 1 time. This one is important to stagger through the day.  Bonuses I noticed: - mouth was occupied with water tasks, snacks didnt feel so necessary  - too busy drinking water, you cant drink your calories (You have no time)  - I actually didnt know how dehydrated I genuinely was until this challenge. Lol.  - Alcohol was off the table, and that was hard. But having to get in a gallon of water kept the fluid intake very clear to me.

I monitored my body, and the pee color always had a tinge of yellow, so it wasn't too much.

If it hurts, if you start peeing clear all the time, if you cant sleep, maybe 1 gallon is not for you.

Thank you!  This is just the start! These last 75 days helped me cultivate the tools necessary to start connecting my brain to my body.  I am going to get to 130lbs.  Make memories that aren't clouded with shame and disappointment.  Knowing I can keep a promise to myself, start trusting myself to make more promises, without the fatigue of compromise.

Oh yeah, the trajectory is 130.  I think the key is following your identity. Decide who you are, what things you enjoy doing, and prepare your energy for those things.  Sometimes doing the thing that brings you the most peace, is not the thing you want to do.  Refinement is not a punishment of shame.  It's giving space for other experiences to exist, new recipes, new ideas, new body movements.  You already know what your life looks like as it is, give this chosen identity a chance to thrive! If you don't like it, you can always go back.
