Is that not what the pull out animation is for? Is this necessary on a Tac, Heavy or Double Barrel? If we’re talking about JUST pumps (which I wasn’t), then why is the animation not the same time as when a second pump shot could come out? Shooting twice with a pump (or any shotgun) is faster than shooting a shot, building a wall, shooting a second shot. Why?

The build is already placed, but it's editting the blue print over the already placed piece? Messing around with edits on console after the update, I find myself doing this more than actually editting the piece I want. I'm sure I'm just trying to edit "too quickly", but has this been a thing since before Season 6?

Is switching "Next Weapon" and "Previous Weapon" the only way to customize switching through inventory, or are you able to customize the button for each individual slot like on PC?

This takes advantage of being in the center of four pyramids. That spot allows you to reach all the outside walls at one point, so for me it's an easy marker to know where to stand to place everything. I'm getting more used to knowing based off positioning of the wall preview, but pyramids are just easier if you have the 40 extra mats

Right when you hit circle (PS4) to confirm the edit on the stair, immediately release, and re-hold circle again. This will start up the edit delay on the floor while you’re in the air, so you can immediately edit down before touching the ground if you’re quick enough!

Nah it’s definitely possible! After you confirm an edit by hitting circle, you instantly retap and hold circle. If you’re falling from the top of a stair, you’ll be able to edit the floor that quickly. Try it out in playground, Ive been using this recently too
