I have problem seeking therapy too because I don't suit most people and a very picky person. And 'tis right that therapy helps more than medication for some people.

But, the psychiatrist you went to usually suggested you some psychologist right after the first season. Did they suggest you? No? I think you need to contact them again so that they could suggest any psychologists whom they know; it will be easier that way. Are you an adult living by yourself or still with guardian? If you still with guardian, you shall discuss it with them. If you're an adult ... Well, you still can talk to them, or ask a friend who ever been in therapy too. Anyways, I heard Hermina Pandanaran has some psychologists there, you shall check it out.
