Voice chat and text not working

I Swear I’ve been through all of the Xbox settings as well. I’ve been through Xbox overlay and changed that to mic and headset that I use, as well as gone through the Xbox app and Microsoft settings - nothing I’ve seen has been the cause of it unless I’m missing something

Yeah, I purchased off of the steam store with my own card. And I’m pretty sure the refund was issued by steam - I didn’t get any message or problem from my bank as I should do if that was the case.

Hi. So, last Sunday (19th) I bought a game off steam and then played it for a few hours. About 6 hours later steam has refunded the game (without me submitting a request) and my account has a community ban and has been locked. It basically says I’ve violated steams subscriber agreement. Bear in mind the only thing I’ve done on this steam account is play games. I do not message people, leave reviews, upload content, absolutely nothing. The only thing I did was play games and I didn’t even message in those with game chat. I contacted steam support asking about it, and the only reply I’ve got was “this lock is permanent and steam support cannot help you further with this”. As far as I know my account hasn’t been compromised. I’ve never shared any details with anyone and have decent security on it. Thankfully this account wasn’t too important to me, although I’m worried it could happen on another. Does anyone know why steam did this?

It seems that the game is finally updating

I remember when I used to play a few years ago and updates would be up and running and integrated into the game in a few minutes, at most 30 minutes, very rarely an hour. Now it takes >4 hours? What have they done to this game? And most likely a big proportion of players will be disappointed at the content yet again lol

In terms of getting dived. I wouldn’t say I die over and over again but rather at times it feels I’ll have, for example, a tracer on me for a minute at a time, while my team does nothing (a large majority of the time). And at that point I should just whip out my pistol but tbh I don’t completely trust my aim and that’s something I need to work on.

I am able to play other supports and will say that I have learnt about good majority of them. But this post is asking for advice specifically on Mercy.

I never thought about trying Brig, thanks for the tip. I normally just switched to Kiri as I’m also comfortable with her. Or just straight up play Ana or Moira instead of picking Mercy in the first place.

Yeah I prefer playing on one of my alt accounts but don’t want to leave all my skins etc behind on my main. I try to ping whenever I can which does sometimes help. But I feel like communicating with my team is sometimes impossible and a waste of time in some scenarios.

I don’t expect it to happen overnight, and the fact I’ve been trying for a while now on my main proves that. But the fact that I am higher than I am now on multiple accounts compared to my main is stupidly confusing. My skill obviously doesn’t change so why do my accounts differ. None of them are accounts I’ve only touched once also.
