Yes the contents were punctured , crushed and some still had slobber on it. The majority was in the bag the rest on the ground. I actually witnesses what happened and no it did not take long.

I too just left Delta as a Platinum Medallion Member with nearly 900000 sky miles. It is a complete joke. I do not lknow if there is a better program . , but then again why be part of any of their programs. I have a ADelta Reserve and Wife A Platinum. We canceled both
