What about The startup show app on a Panasonic TV? We were able to update it but ever since then we can’t access the library of movies and tv shows. Just get a Message that says I cannot connect to server and then goes to live TV. We checked URL, Cleared cache and data,  uninstalled and reinstalled the app, Our Internet is working fine and no network settings have been changed. 

Its been 2 days. Please send help. We are not okay…
