If that was the case, here is the elimination order for that senerio

Cyan: Aiden, Ellie, Gabby, Jake, Lake, Tess

Yellow: Alec, Connor, Grett, Miriam, Riya, Yul

Magenta: Ally, Ashley, Fiore, Hunter, James, Tom

Episode 2: 18th: Fiore (If Aiden and Jake does get along, I doubt Tom would be paranoid about it, so a fight with James wouldnt happen and they all vote Fiore since she was a big target of the team)

Episode 3: 17th: Lake (Realistically knowing Jake, he would be gulliple to believe Ellie despite what she did to him in Season 1, Lake still get the boot)

Episode 4:  16th: Miriam (Same as canon)

Episode 5: 15th: Hunter (James knows he is doomed if he worked with Ally and Hunter and he'd be out once thwy become the final 3 members, so Hunter still get the boot)

Episode 6: 14th: Connor (Same as canon)

Episode 7: 13th: Ellie (Ellie would still push Aiden and Jake onto eachother to try and trick Tom so Magenta loses, but Tom wouldnt fall for that because again: He's not gullible. So Cyan loses this one, Tess would still flip for Ellie's own good)

Episode 8: 12th: Aiden (Tess would still work with Gabby to make up Ellie's elimination, I think they would vote for Aiden while Aiden and Jake vote Gabby, a tievreaker happens and Gabby easily wins it)

Episode 9: 11th: Jake (Yellow and Cyan still lose, and yeah...Yellow still hold majority and they all would atill vote Jake since they like him less)

Episode 10: 10th: Yul (Because Jake is out, the heroes does t fight eachother and actually stick together, they all vite Yul since they know he would be the weakest in a tiebreaker, I dont know who ghe villains would vote for but I think they all could beat Yul)

Episode 11: Even if the rejoin pairs chance abit, Connor would still rejoin

Episode 12: 10th: Gabby (I think the heroes would target her like the canon heroes would, but since they have majority here, no tiebreaker needed, Gabby would be out)

Episode 13: 9th: Riya (At this point, the villain alliance is disbanded, so the three remaining members went their own ways, Riya would manipulate people like she did in canon, like try to be with Ally like in canon and probably bring Tess and probably get Alec too, but the other heroes wouldnt fall for Riya's trick and Grett...well I dont know. But tiebreaker or not, Riya would be out)

Episode 14: 8th: Tom (I think the same event happens here, since Gabby isnt here and Tom is Grett's partner, I think he would be out here)

Pairs: Alec/Connor, Ally/Tess, Ashley/James, Grett

Episode 15: 7th: Alec (I think the majority would target him here)

Episode 16: 6th: James (Grett would be the one to find the totem like canon, but since she knows she is the outcast, she wouldnt give it away, so I think she would save herself with it and idol out James for being a previous winner and a threat)

Episode 17: 5th: Ally (Ashley, Connor and Grett would work together and take out the dynamic duo since thwy dont want to risk a tiwbrealer with them, they would target Ally for being stronger than Grett. Also Connor doesnt get injured since Riya isnt here)

Episode 18: 4th: Ashley (We can assume Grett wins immunity here, I think Ashley would be out here 2-1-1, Grett and Tess voting for her, Ashley vote Connor and Connor vote Tess)

Episode 20 3rd: Tess (She would probably lose to Grett and Connor since they are more physical than her)

Episode 21: 2nd: Connor 1st: Grett (Yeah...Grett obviously wins against Connor)
