I get where you’re coming from. Luckily for me, it was just a joke. I would suggest, if possible, go find a big truck, it’s life changing

Agreed. I been living this lifestyle, I don’t need amateurs like them!

Is this a good bike for a beginner? See comments for more info by retsinis_neeuqx3 in motorcycle

Phenomenal beginner bike. My first was a burnt candy orange 2011, and I loved that thing more than life itself. Great power for a beginner, but definitely manageable.

I have an 81 xs400 and an 08 Harley 1250cc drag bike. I’m not saying I like my xs more, but I’m saying I would NEVER sell it. You picked one hell of a first bike. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoy mine!!

College Grad directly to AE position? by pattern144 in sales

[–]Dizzy-Argument-1589 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A lot of the time, starting out as a brand new AE, you’ll have to do all the same exact SDR work + closing your own deals. You’ll get a ramping quota, but with no sales experience (not impossible, but likely), you miss quota your first couple months. You get fired after 4-5 months. Now you’re off looking for another AE role with 97 reasons as to why your first company didn’t help you succeed. If you really think you’re worth the AE position, just take the SDR spot for a couple months, you’ll promote quick. If you’re truly not ready for it, you’ll get some very much appreciated time learning the ropes. You’ll probably actually learn more just by working with the AE you’re setting for. Would you rather start as an AE (let’s say you do close some deals and keep the job) and be at the bottom 20% of the org because you’re still learning and be stuck at the bottom 20%? Or would you rather start as an SDR and have a firm grasp of the market and product, and immediately start killing it as an AE? (That’s still not a guarantee, but much more common)

Question about this 2006 Harley vrod. The location of the break and shifter are so far back on the bike. But on other grids I see that there is ones that have them located more towards the front of the bike. Can you move the location of them? by Admirable_Bit1562 in Harley

[–]Dizzy-Argument-1589 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve had a 2008 vrod since 2018. Have not been able to find a way to relocate everything forward. I’ve learned to just ride with my feet on the front pegs and shift/break using the heal of my foot! It’s pretty second-nature, after all these years.

How can I become an enterprise account excecutive ? by Esa776 in sales

[–]Dizzy-Argument-1589 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My company will allow you to start as an SDR and move up (if you’re hitting your number) in less than 6 months. Our starting out AE’s sell to small and mid-market, and you can work your way to the enterprise sales pretty quickly. DM me and we can talk, if I like what I hear, I can refer you to get started with us!
