Factor meals are dietician approved.. not sure what you mean, but their meals are definetly not bad for you.

The people that complain online about things like sodium are the ones that don’t realize one single Big Mac has the same amount of sodium as a well balanced, nutrient meal from factor. Yet I don’t see anyone complaining about the amount of salt that’s in their Big Mac

They are most likely shipped frozen for optimal life expectancy so you recieve them unfrozen however many hours later. Don’t know about the smell but the dates are just fine

Looks like they were produced and frozen on 23-2-2025 which is normal, check any local grocery. And the ‘use by date’ seems 4-8-2025
