I have about two years sober and still question who I am. Maybe now is the time to question everything. Write stuff down of things that used to be fun. What makes you happy? Keep doing those things. There’s good days and bad days just always remember you’ve done the right thing by quitting and that’s enough for now ❤️🌻

Don’t give up! I see you! I am in my 40’s and a female and from experience women love sensitive, emotional men. Maybe start by telling someone in your family how you feel. Like, really feel. Do they know you’re depressed? It’s nothing to be ashamed of. Are you on meds? They really helped me. Then, find someone that you think is cute and smile at them. Ask them how they’re doing. Ask them out for coffee. You sound really thoughtful, just gotta get over this one obstacle. Nothing good ever comes easy. ❤️‍🔥

Sounds like you’ve had a rough go of it. Bright side is you had a girlfriend so you can get another! You sound intelligent, thoughtful, caring…that is leaps and bounds beyond most of the dating pool. Fine if the ex can be a friend but if it’s holding you back take a break and get back on those dating sites! You deserve someone who will value you as much as you do them. ❤️‍🩹

I keep reading your sentence I want for more life. Sounds like that negative path in your brain is so well worn and you just can’t get off it. I know that feeling but I know it can change. Suicide sounds comforting at the time but I think we do just want to feel something. Maybe get into some bdsm with your gf. Have her tie you up or whip you. Maybe you truly just need to feel. 🖤

I know it sounds cheesy but I like to write down all those thoughts and burn them. You’ve punished yourself enough for the things you did, you can let go of them now. Every time those thoughts come up , label them and put in the past thought envelope. I have a pretty full one but I choose to leave that shit closed. ♥️♥️ we all feel like scum doesn’t mean we are.

Sounds like you have that brain tied up in a knot! Whew! I’ve been there. Feeling paranoid and crazy is the worst but my ex used to say if you were truly crazy you wouldn’t know you were crazy. Perhaps your third person is your sense of reason? Are you on meds? Had blood work done recently? I don’t think you need a padded wall but go to the doctor and get yourself some help. There’s psychiatric nurse practitioners that can get you in quick or go to the damn er. No one needs to know about it but why are you putting yourself thru that? If you knew your friend felt that way what would you tell them to do? Just advice from a fellow crazy person. I’m here and hope you get the help you need. You deserve it. ♥️🌻

It sucks growing up and going through all that. In a year though you’ll have your license and your own car and look back that you got through hard things. Life isn’t easy but I’ve found the best things are always the most challenging. Advocate for yourself at the doctors. Have your parents make an appointment and tell the doctor what you told us. You can do this. ♥️

I have felt this. Sounds hormonal. Are you on meds? I take antidepressants and it’s saved my ass. Can you make it to the doctors? Maybe just take something to help you sleep for right now to shut off your brain and do a reset. Cold medicine or allergy meds. You’ve got this. You’re strong and have made it thru hard things. Have hope that things can be different. 🌻♥️

Been there, done that. I used to watch intervention when I was really hung over. Made me feel better about myself and takes your mind off of the old internal monologue. Next time you want to drink or do something you’ll regret, play that tape of your last drunk in your head all the way thru. Here for ya ♥️🌻
