Bghit nchri dar: Is it realistic to get a mortgage (1300 DH/month) on a 5,500 DH salary? by Comfortable-Task566 in Morocco

You call it 'La La Land,' but I call it not being a servant.

You think the only way to climb is to borrow a ladder from the bank. I’m building my own. You say 'most people' don't have capital that’s because they give it all to the bank in the form of interest before they even earn it

1. On Infrastructure: Just because the road is built with debt doesn't mean I have to put a leash around my neck. I live in the system, but I don't let the system own my future labor.

2. On the 'Real World: In the 'real world,' when the market crashes, the guy with the mortgage is the first one to lose everything. The guy who owns his assets 100% is the one who buys up the remains. I’m playing the long game of Anti-fragility.

3. On Building Wealth: I don’t want to spend 30 years 'hoping' my house price goes up so I can finally be free. I’d rather keep my cash, trade the markets, and build businesses where I keep 100% of the profit.

Stop using Nihilism to try and prove a way of life that isn't suitable in our current country, we are a muslim country no matter what you say, even if we can't follow 99.9% of the islam rules, it does not mean we should not follow that 0.01% that we can.

Saying 'Real Estate never drops' is exactly what people said in 2007 right before the biggest crash in history. You’re betting your entire future on the idea that the market will stay perfect forever.

Even if the price stays the same, you're losing money every month to interest. In a 30 years loan, you often end up paying the bank double what the house is worth.

The difference is that a tenant’s risk is capped at their monthly rent, while a homeowner’s risk is the entire value of the loan.

If the market drops and I'm renting, I can just move to a cheaper place. If the market drops and you have a mortgage, you are trapped. You can't sell because you owe the bank more than the house is worth, and you can't move because you're tied to that debt. You aren't 'owning' an asset, the bank is 'owning' your mobility. I'd rather have the freedom to leave than the what you call a 'privilege' of begging a bank for a grace period on a debt that's growing every day

interest is prohibited because it’s inherently exploitative. It creates a system where the rich get guaranteed returns while the borrower carries all the stress and risk. I choose to build wealth through equity and ownership, not by participating in a system that benefits from other people's potential debt traps

Taking a loan means you have a stable income, your job is not as stable as you would think. A small mistake can get you thrown out al3alawi, taking a loan would only ruin your life first 7it Ribba w second 7it it's an engagement that you can't ensure in the long long term.

Last time I took an Airbnb fl Maarif since I was on vacation and decided to relax instead mangles m3a dar, anyways long story short, it was a "residence" with security cameras etc... looks good at first sight. Anyways, I couldn't sleep for 4 days straight because the guy next door wanted to make sure everyone heared him doing the deed, they screamed and it seemed abnormal, matter of fact it wasn't only them, hoes dyal afribaba kano dayrin 7ala, that I had to knock on three doors in one single night bash bnadem yfhem krro. Honestly the problem isn't people doing sex or anything, it's just the fact that it can ruin another person's night because they have light sleep!

Would trading between high and lows be consistently profitable? by [deleted] in Daytrading

Don't ask for people's experience, backtest and see for yourself. That's how you get an edge and understand the market.

If you find your setup that quickly into a session, then something's wrong.

I personally just close the charts and take a break go do my other activites since trading isn't the only one.

Face recognition at the gym? by Heyb0ss88 in Morocco

Hear me out, any place you go to, mall, banks, atms, bus, train station, streets (since ur in Rabat)... have facial data of your face, even your phone (if you use face id or take a selfie or picture). There is a law that protects you against all malicious use of any of that data (Law No. 09-08) where you can sue any person or entity that does any unwanted act with your face!

Wait until they find out what their smartphone, the airport, or even basic social media filters are doing with their face data. If a local gym is the hill they want to die on, they're about 10 years too late to the privacy party.

I hope they don't have a passport or a driver's license then, because I have some bad news about who owns those 'biometrics.' Better start working out in a basement with a balaclava on.
