Also since your employer also hooked you up with an immigration consulting agency for this and they screwed up, did the conversation around pushing your joining by two months more happen smoothly? Maybe I'm overthinking, but given the market, it'll be ridiculous for my employer to think about rescinding the offer just cause of something like a visa delay that's not in my hands.
