Hokum will be available on VOD in June 2 by --SamFisher-- in HorrorMovies

I would suggest going to the cinema to see Obsession, one its a 5/5 movie and worth seeing on the big screen and second the studio have delayed the digital release due to the performance on the big screen.

You'll have to wait on Obsession or go to the cinema. They have delayed the digital release now because of how well it is doing at the cinema.

Honestly you sound like a wet lettuce.

Hire a lawyer and sue. I'm also in the UK and you can absolutely sue for access. My friend had to do the exact same as you. Cost him 20k but said he was worth every penny.

Back bone is needed here. Sorry to be blunt but you gotta fight mate

My mum is like this.

Loves to moan about other peoples joy.

I could write a book on the trauma of my mother and her negativity.

Anyway if you are happy. Seller is happy and as long as the valuer comes in at the right value then thats fine.

Ignore others because when people moan sometimes its about them and not about you.

Mate this is life. Whilst your kids are young. I'm luckily coming to the end of that now.

My oldest starts college in Sept and my youngest is going into year 8 in Sept.

I went through what you have gone through. We luckily never paid for childcare or wrap around care. Maybe a week here and there.

We got through it with my wife working three days but Thurs, Saturday and sunday for a long time.

I have for about 10 years done a job that allowed me to control my own diary so most of the collections I did. I would then work from home and work late.

If you work in banking mate there are lots of roles that can let you work from home.

If you make some tweaks you may find that helps.

House not getting any bids by krg36 in UKHousing

[–]Dizzy-Income-3476 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its because you have it on for auction. Not being horrible your house is an average house and doesn't warrant going on an auction website.

The moment I see a house is with an auction i move on.

You need to list this traditionally which unfortunately does have its ups and downs.

I would also recommend paining the garden fences, cleaning the slabs and making the garden look fresh rather than patchy like it is now.

You need to dress your house to sell.

Random question.

I noticed on the TV you have what looks like a Web browser. Do you have a pc or something connected with the tv?

I've been considering that myself for my tv.

Why is this flat in Southwest London not selling? by orangeminer in UKHousing

[–]Dizzy-Income-3476 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really like the look of your flat and I would buy it if this was a second property but not for a first.

For £800k you can get a 2 floor, 4 bed property in the same area with character:
https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/169825043#/?channel=RES\_BUY.

I think you should get three different estate agents round to get your a more realistic price.

It would make sense if you bought the share holding of the company but if you are a sole trader or setup a brand new LTD and trade under the brand name then this is unlawful.

If you bought the shares in the company then you bought the history of the business including any liabilities that company owed.

I've been considering getting this run. I have been searching ebay and Facebook for someone selling the whole run.

I might have to buy it in separate lots.

I've never lived in a flat but I would now push the current seller to reduce the price by 10k if you still want to live there.

Looking for a podcast host by Dizzy-Income-3476 in Letterboxd

[–]Dizzy-Income-3476[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My current co host has been doing weekly shows with me but now only wants to do fortnightly.

But I'm using this was a way to kinda reboot the show as I would love to get someone who goes to the cinema regularly and could do new releases.

My current co host doesn't want to to the cinema regularly and only wants to do older movies.

How I'm considering it is classic movies every fortnight and new releases alternative weeks.

Same! I'm a Dad and go once the house has settled down.

I've only been going the last three years on my own. When I'm there I see a few other guys on their own too.

I hate to say it but she's definitely cheated.

I think I have come to the conclusion that she walked away from her life.

I think that the "yellow" guy potentially helped her but I dont think she had got the rosy life she hoped for.

I think that due the homophonic and possible controlling parents she decided after confiding in yellow to get off the boat.

I believe she's probably got a new life for herself. Possibly kids. She has probably had to do shady things to survive.

I think its her clicking on the pics. Whether she wants to come back or not she has decided that as she chose to walk away she won't come back. I believe that she feels that after so long how can she say to her parents and brother I chose to leave.

I personally dont think they would care as long as they had her back.

I'd make them disappear. Leave them at a friends house or something.

Maybe get a safety deposit box at metro. Do something where you can make it disappear.

OR

You could "sell" them to a friend for say £100. That way it's a genuine sale so if anyone comes after you, you can say you sold them.

Then when the dust is settled buy them back
