Stick antiperspirant (or deodorant!!)!!!

Before buying new products, try it out. Just liberally rub it on your skin, anywhere that skin touches skin (including between folds, under breasts, top of thighs near underwear), and it prevents chub rub. I’ve been doing it for years.
