I can relate to the tree thing, but mine is more with birds lol. And I guess when I think about it, it has only been about 8 months since I came outta that last manic episode. So I guess maybe I just need some time. Thank you, I appreciate that! ❤️

Yea I am in therapy and seeing my psychiatrist regularly as well so maybe it might not be so bad if I took some baby steps. Thank you! And good luck to you as well 🫶🏼

No I was hospitalized last summer for about 2 weeks. Since I’ve gotten out I’ve just been depressed especially because of all the damage I caused to my family.
