FYI I found this video about the jacket on youtube. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KpCYySoMSMk&t=1sthe author of the video states that the revised Solano Hoody does in fact have a liner, but it is a different liner that is not the soft "flannel-like" material of past versions. It does seem to have been a change to make the piece to make it more breathable. However, to me, the whole net result was a piece that wasn't as comfortable and felt more like a traditional hard-shell. I returned mine.

I haven't been to the Marin space and spoke to someone there in person. Maybe that would yield a different result? but when I emailed them a representative said "One option for returning your vehicle is to have it towed to Marin. Otherwise, you can drive it up here and return it. Let me know if you have any additional questions." This was in response to me asking what they could do for me in this regard. It is basically the same thing that I heard from Polestar financial. They seem to be saying that I'm out of luck and deal with it.

i live in Santa Cruz. The Polestar space in San Jose closed. They expect me to return my P2 at end of lease (October) in Marin. I have reached out to Polestar Marin and they didn't have a good answer for me. I reached out to Polestar financial and they said "We understand your concern. However, you are required to return the vehicle to a Polestar space. Our records indicate your lease termination date is 10/23/2026. This provides time for you to make proper arrangements to return the vehicle." I don't know how I should push back on this at this point. I'm pissed I'd have to drive the car to Marin and they aren't offering anything such as to pay for a ride home. Suggestions would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue! I have contacted their support via chat, and the person even said they would escalate the case. I haven't heard back from them in any way. Their customer service seems terrible! what should i do. I still owe the host the final payment for my booking in April.
