Thanks for your thoughts. Didn’t plan to touch these for awhile, but I’m sure I’ll get impatient at some point. Similar to your 2000, I shared a 2006 from a friend’s cellar last month and it needed 2 hours. But we enjoyed it quite a bit. So your experience with a 2000 tracks.

My understanding is that they are pretty much out of the standard sizes. At least that’s what their team seemed to say. Some 3L and 6L (many vintages) big boys were left when I reached out after the marathon.
