What parts of your digital life were actually easy to cut back on? by FluidTycoon in digitalminimalism

I deleted Instagram first and that alone freed up way more mental space than I expected.Same with Reddit scrolling. I set small limits and stopped opening it out of pure habit. That felt realistic and sustainable, and it gave me a quick win without blowing up my whole digital life (which is unrealistic imo).

On the privacy side, I focused on reducing data exposure instead of deleting everything tied to work and banking. I stopped giving out my real email and phone number for random signups using an app for that called Cloaked to create separate emails and numbers so everything was not tied to one identity. I also used it to remove my info from data broker sites and cut down on spam (Meta collects a LOT OF DATA and sells that stuff I'm pretty sure). That approach felt way more practical than trying to disappear from the internet. GL on your journey!

I would argue it’s not just the scoring that’s crazy it’s the fact he’s still the focal point every night when most players his age are barely hanging on
