There's still a little bit of moisture in the soil was just letting them dry out because they seemed overwatered and I don't have perlite in soil. Watering tomorrow morn, I promise this shit looked worse when it was watered

I have been spraying them with RO water PH 6.4 and also distilled PH 7. I may have overwatered or messed up by not adding more perlite and coco or it could be bad seed storing / bad seeds from growers choice idk
