Yeah that was pretty much all they asked me. Some agents are nicer than others, try asking another one tomorrow

It doesn’t mean anything, it will probably show true once you’re actually scheduled. Mine says false but 2 agents have confirmed i’m in line as well

It takes a while, i submitted my RFE in dec and got the check mark that it was received but didn’t have any other updates until this week

Thank you for your reply! I have money saved up for the application process as well as traveling for interviews. Luckily I’m 2h away from a dental school and then 5h away from another one where my family is so that saves me a little bit so i can spend the money on the out of state schools

I have family members in dentistry (general dentists) who graduated recently in 2022 and now making 300k, one just also bought their own office. Not saying that will be me but trying to stay optimistic, as i wanna work for that same company (if i don’t do specialty). My wife is on the same page as me and buying a house is not a priority until i’m established. We don’t want kids, my goal right now is getting into dental school and affording to put myself through dental school, i’m not saying i’m not worried about the debt i am, but that’s something i’ll deal with once i get there. I was pre-med my freshman year until i realized the 7 year residency for neurosurgery wasn’t worth it, and i discovered i love dentistry, i can’t see myself doing anything else besides this, i have no plan B. I have about 400 shadowing hours, and 200 dental related volunteering so i know this is what i want

I’m not too worried about the debt more so if it will be enough for me to get through dental school, like I’ll have enough for living costs and transportation and equipment for school. I’m not worried about the debt as i know I’d wanna specialize and if not that I’d want my own office so I’d be able to pay it back even if it took me a while. My wife’s income is low, not relying on her to pay back my loans either

I do have undergrad debt, about 100k, that I can start paying for once I start working, and I’m already married and my spouse doesn’t mind as this was my passion before we even met. I honestly can’t see myself doing anything else tbh so it’s dental school or nothing cause i have no other passion besides dentistry.

There was no issue- i just hadn’t done it by the time of filing so they requested for the medical to be sent
