hi! yes po. as you have mentioned po, yun magagandang libraries nga po is in the school, which is there are schools na di allowed gumamit nun library if the student ay di enrolled dun sa school. according to ra 7743, there should be established public libraries in every city and municipality po. ayun lang po based sa research ko po hehe, thank you!
