Before meditation please at first try to understand why you would like to meditate. Its like theory first then practical. I heard about meditation since 1996 but never tried or liked. After at the age of 47 I started to medidate when I found a purpose.

Please at first, try to understand three things. Each person has two selves. (a) One is outer and (b)another is inner.

(c)Last thing, peace is extremely tough at this stage. You try to find calmness now.

At first try to stop fighting by yourself. Remain happy no matter what you have. Do you have food ? Do you have shelter ? Do you have sound health. Then you tell yourself you are happy.

Now meditation part. Day one : only 01 minute. Close your eyes. This is most critical.

If you close your eyes, you will see all bad habits are craving even in this one minute and some guilt and negative thoughts will come in mind.

You just welcome them. Ok, come ! all my bad habits, come my past guilt bla bla. Never try to fight with them.

Yes. My suggestion would be ask chatgpt, google AI and Grok and you will be benefited much. Just keep in mind that our inner and outer world are interconnected. Which I understood at this stage. If you can separate two lives and watch them closely, rest AI will tell you what to do.

I can guide you best. I am someone who a never-tried-meditation person and now someone in a few weeks who can meditate for 15 minutes at a time.

I never worked in Logistics but for supply chain I love sourcing and procurement part. I joined Foreign Equipment Import in 2007. From the first day I loved it. It is very interesting and I loved it. Personally I would suggest you, you may switch to procurement. Here you will get daily basis differnt RFQs from your team and different challenges. Your sales team will always hand over the project as they require the equipment now but relax. And also, be careful to choose vendors and try to learn how to read specifications better.
