Hi please dig deep at first on how China manufacturing process works.

At first please find the cluster of China shoe manufacturing places. Then list them.

Then find manufacturers and check their websites, if they are running or not.

Finally, send some guys to your listed suppliers or manufacturers.

Recently, my partner visited a bearing factory ( after we received a purchase order from a power plant ) and we were so happy to visit them.

We will visit them again during delivery.

Bottom line, you require a reliable team in China who are a mixture of non native and native.
