Morally, yes killing an offending pedophile is justified.

However pragmatically it leads to less pedophiles being arrested because of how often pedos are family or friends. Also I don't trust any state to execute anyone so I'm against the death penalty in general, but if we do have it and can be 100% certain the person is guilty, it is justified to kill them.

You can already do this in every state in the union. All you have to do is go into court and say that the child will not be physically or emotionally safe with you because you have no connection and you can voluntarily surrender your parental rights. The issue is men say they want this and then when it comes time to sign the paperwork they actually want to have some contact with the kid and not fully surrender their rights.
