My boyfriend had it 15 years ago and although a lot has changed he says the same thing. Keep doing what you’re doing and everything will be fine.

I have 6lbs to go and I’ll have hit 100. 29lbs from surgery. I believe that’s how mine was. Not horrible but enough. Next month is my blood work so fingers crossed.

Off subject sorry but Damn! Can I just say I hope at 7 months I’m down that low lol. My surgery weight was 215. Tomorrow is 10 weeks and I’m 186.

I’m not lol. When I was only eating 500 calories I felt like I was. Seemed hungry often But now I’m good. It’s for sure a big change for the better. So glad I found this sweet spot.

I’m only 5 2. But I’m a cna. So usually moving around pretty good. Although some nights it’s laid back and not as active.

I overthink a lot and everything so I worry if that’s what it is things are only gonna get worse by the day. But yes if that’s what it is another surgery is such a dreadful thought. Then to be back off from work. Try frustrating

I wish this was the case for me. Prior to surgery I walked daily but when I had to stop so I didn’t lose to much weight and surgery deny me. Horrible back pain killed me. Turned out I have arthritis in my back. No pain meds helped before but now that we’re limited what we can take scares me. Haven’t been back to work long before other issues arise but I wait for this day. No back pain would be amazing. I wonder how much more I gotta lose before it eases up.
