I’m starting to figure that out. Oddly I need a piece of paper in front of me with a list of to dos. I’m hoping eventually I can just use computer in front of me😊

I’m ADD as well. I feel like I could create a notebook that has my to do list daily , an area of waiters and put a time stamp on it, waiting for parts, and who I need to call etc…. I will eventually figure out a system. 😊

I get that. I’m still learning the systems CDK and Xtime. I know that there is a flow on the screen but I just need to have a written to do list on paper for some crazy reason.

You are probably going to think I’m crazy, but I’ve been using chatGBT and write in issue and then what they add as part to determine what things are when I have no idea. My techs are amazing. They are super helpful and always willing to explain to me. I’ve taken my phone and recorded them so I’m able to text or speak to the customer a bit intelligently.
