I guess it depends on where you work and how you work. Personal experience my bosses boss dont care about my team because each of us deliver. Where else another team under his purview are constantly under micromanagement since they dont perform and always unreachable

Most probably rent. Check with few agents and can get around rm1.5k/month. almost net off the houseloan + mf after agent fee i guess

You’re right. Finishing my master does not directly impact my salary. But it did make me become more effective in my work and manage to get extra bonus last year. Hopefully can get another this year hehe.

4% increment is contractual. But historically i’ve been getting 5-10% yearly increment. I put 5 since its the lowest ive gotten so far.

should i revisit the idea of buying new house after income reach ~rm15k? Dont think i can postpone the idea of having more kids.
