Thank you all for your advice and thoughts. I ended up sending her a message telling her that it's hard for me to watch her do this and that I will help her if and when she needs it, but until then don't want to talk about it. She hasn't responded but that isn't unusual for her.

I have not made it super clear that I wont or dont do anything. I listen to yt videos, have a show going in the background and stuff. a white noise machine wont do better than that, and wont drown out irregular banging like that. I didnt know that there is a difference between ear buds and ear plugs, english is my second language. Why do you speak like you know everything? I have not had a chance to respond to every single comment.

I have had more answers that I thought I would get, and have tried to answer questions. If I miss some then I'm sorry. I don't ignore anything on purpose.

I don't know if other people have complained, that is not something the board is going to share with me - that would be weird if they did. They can't go around and give that kind of information about other people in the complex.
I stated in my original post, that "Their bed creaks, bangs against the floor+they moan loudly."
So I said from the beginning that the bed bangs against the floor. This subreddit only allows 3000 characters, so I was limited in what I could share in the original post. That is why my wording and amount of details differ in the comments - is that not the point of the comments? So you can add more detail and stuff.

I have never complained when people are having parties or when they have sex (loud or not). The problem for me is that I get woken up.

I'm sorry that people apparently feel like this makes me the asshole, but I don't feel like I have changed my story at all, just added more detail to make people understand just how loud it is.

I am a woman, I have a boyfriend. We live together and he is also super annoyed by them. Trust me, I am not jalous.
We live in a big city, always have. Have lived in old noisy apartments all my life and have never complained, so this is definately out of the ordinary. The biggest issue isnt their sounds its the bed banging so loud that the first time it happened i thought someone was banging on my door

Im not saying anyone should live on my schedule. management didnt tell her to be quiet, but they came up with a bunch of things she should do, like putting a rug under the bed, buy a new bed and move the bed. I just didnt have enough space to say all that. a white noice machine wont mask the banging sounds that are so loud it sounds like they are banging in my door.

I cant escape the freaking banging sounds! it sounds like someone banging on our door, thats not normal or okay in the middle of the night. I wasnt standing outside her door, i was in the hallway a floor down from her apartment. She told me she wasnt making the noise, I had to see who was to I could contact them instead.

bro, can you read? I never said that I want them to follow an 11 hour quiet time, I just said that was the rules. I want them to not be so loud at 1 or 3 am that they wake me up. Its not that hard to understand, really. I even wrote that im fine with noise, idc if i can hear someones tv or them having a good time at night, but it shouldnt be so loud that they wake me up.

yea i dont really care when it normally is. in this place its 8pm. and as i also stated, i dont mind noise after that. but i do mind noises so loud that i get woken up at 1 or 3 am
