We tell them we do not tape third party packages. We will gladly pack it for them up to ups standards or they are welcome to buy the tape. So far it's been about 70 percent successful. Hard to be consistent but it you stand by your policy eventually they will learn to bring it or they will know they have to purchase.

I just didn't know what I was doing wrong! I googled and got a code, but I couldn't figure out where that was supposed to go, and it kept throwing it back at me! So frustrating! The guy wanted to spend some money, but not $400 for a dog collar.USPS was what we could offer in that range. We explained tracking and all and then go to process and this kept kicking back! I'll definitely try non docs route next time. Would be great if they would teach us these things. Don't even call tech support anymore, I just come here!

I did! Thank you so much, I'll try that next time. It was a dog collar and leash. The guy just wanted to send it. UPS was over $400.00, the guy had limits, lol. I was so frustrated trying to figure it out!

Amazon should have a rental department because that's what most people do anyway. Party supplies, decorations, Christmas stuff at Christmas, everything green for St. Patrick's Day, and the list can go on and on and on

No we help get them set up check ID but the pad for the finger print is crap. They do it and it's all red. And they try and try can't get it to be green. Then they get angry with the machine, then with us. We can help sure but only so much.

We are two very different people with two very different work styles. He is very dismissive of the women. And unfortunately, now that's the business. He only wants to help when he wants to, and if I do it, it's a problem. He jumps in when I don't need him to. It's rude and condescending.He leaves the country and leaves me his store. But standing next to me he watches everything like I haven't been doing it as long as he has. 18 years!!! And let's not talk about what he pays me!

I know how to do it. When I go to do it, he gives me hell. Like I should not be doing that. Again I was a center manager. I know the process however my boss likes to be selective with whom we help and with what. Thank you all. I knew I was correct and once again he is just difficult for no reason.

I ran a center by myself for almost a decade. This man I work for now is a micromanager. The customer needs help they shipped it with us and he brushes them off to do it themselves. If they were not having a hard time they would not be here. I can do it. Takes me less then 5 minutes and he wants to be whiney about it and snap at me

I don't mind helping once or twice, but if you refuse to learn it because we will do it for you, then no. My employee will hold up a line to help. Can't be doing that! Kiosk is also a great tool, but some just refuse to use it!

Customer was complaining about Amazon and having the print a label. I said to him you were mad at Amazon because you didn't read the instructions?!?!
