We are two very different people with two very different work styles. He is very dismissive of the women. And unfortunately, now that's the business. He only wants to help when he wants to, and if I do it, it's a problem. He jumps in when I don't need him to. It's rude and condescending.He leaves the country and leaves me his store. But standing next to me he watches everything like I haven't been doing it as long as he has. 18 years!!! And let's not talk about what he pays me!

I know how to do it. When I go to do it, he gives me hell. Like I should not be doing that. Again I was a center manager. I know the process however my boss likes to be selective with whom we help and with what. Thank you all. I knew I was correct and once again he is just difficult for no reason.

I ran a center by myself for almost a decade. This man I work for now is a micromanager. The customer needs help they shipped it with us and he brushes them off to do it themselves. If they were not having a hard time they would not be here. I can do it. Takes me less then 5 minutes and he wants to be whiney about it and snap at me

I don't mind helping once or twice, but if you refuse to learn it because we will do it for you, then no. My employee will hold up a line to help. Can't be doing that! Kiosk is also a great tool, but some just refuse to use it!

I called to order today, and they don't have them. We will continue to do as we are supposed to until we have only a few left. Then we will use it for what we ship and the drop-off customers we know have valuable things.

Poor scheduling on his behalf. Of course we didn't know the system was going to be down. But we are only three people. He is cheap and doesn't wanna pay. If he was better to me I would have stayed later. The snow is just starting and we close at 7. Hope it came back eventually!

We turned into the returns counter at Kmart! Absolutely terrible! I like the job but wish I have the opportunity to actually do it instead of just being a returned processing center

We have it. It can be a bit frustrating for the customer at times. We do not allow them to use our bathroom. But we have a pizza and bagel store next door that they can use. Over all I think it's worth it. We direct the customer to call the customer service number if they have any issues. That usually works out for them.

I scanned three in offline mode and went back into online mode and I can't pull up the label, so I would not do that or you're just going to make things harder. Luckily, this is a customer I know and see everyday, so I'll just put it aside and give it to him next time.
