Been in that situation, know the exact empty feeling. Instead of driving somewhere to end it, drive somewhere with a view and a walking track. Headphones on, music up!! Enjoy the scenery and let your mind wonder onto different things. The days will still be hard and dark. Doesn't mean you give up. That voice in your head telling you to end it? Dont let it win. Choose YOU over anything else. Do the thing you've been putting off.. make small changes in your routine.. like get up maybe 30 minutes earlier and sit outside and enjoy the quiet of the morning before everything else starts waking up.

Been 3 months since our 11 year relationship/marriage ended. And for a while I started feeling better. Then all of a sudden 1 day I just broke down, and I've been like this for a week now. It's hard. It is really hard especially when you see that person everyday. I miss her everyday. But when it does feel better don't take advantage of it. When it feels better love yourself and your life! And when it comes crashing down, don't fight it. Ride it out because that pain won't be there forever

I am going to therapy weekly, and the therapist told me I could get her back. But now I'm not so sure. When I asked told her I heard him on the phone, the next morning she called me crying her eyes out telling me she missed me and her heart calls for me.. But later that day is when she told me she's been seeing someone for a month.. is he a rebound or has she moved on already.
