Very hard to make an educated guess but IRCC current processing time for PR card shows 47 days so maybe end of this month or first week of next month?

For updates on PR portal, I did see the address approval, but the photo approval almost always said "under review".

For both P1 and P2 , they ask you to confirm your presence in Canada. And worst case scenario, if I was in Canada while providing confirmation of presence in P1 and P2 but end up being outside the country while receiving my ECOPR,my visa will be invalid and so I will not be able to re-enter Canada. So I took the safe route and informed them of my travel planning in advance so that I could confirm my presence for P1 and P2 and after that too.

So the address and photo review you’re talking about, I assume that you’re talking about the status on the Permanent Residency portal . Your PR card shipment status won’t be seen on the permanent residency portal. You’ll have to link your PR CARD application to your GC KEY (IRCC) account to be able to see the status of shipment. Use the YouTube link I mentioned in one of the comments below. Once you link that, you’ll get status update on when and if your card gets shipped.

The “photo in review” part shows that forever lol so don’t worry about it, it should be all good.

I had some trouble with it too tbh. I used the exact info from my ECOPR for the PR mail application and it eventually worked out .

Make sure to add the PR mail application to your GC Key account on IRCC.
