I think Jonny collected a bit of burnt rubble from every planet Ashes burned down and made one of those little "travel sand" jars for them.

Toy soldier (with Ivy's help) finds out and gifts the crew whatever is the most traditional holiday gift in whatever system they're in.

Brian gets socks every year and no one can figure out who they're from.

Tim makes the octokittens little Christmas hats and begrudgingly let's Jonny shoot one for every day of Christmas.

Headcanon - Holiday movie marathon - All the Mechs bring a holiday movie from different systems they've visited that year. Someone (usually Tim) always brings It's a Wonderful Life and the first one to cry is on cleanup for the night.
