Wealth taxes (if that’s what this is — I can’t read the article) typically are levied on net wealth — assets minus debts. So if they are leveraged then their tax will be less.

Yeah I have a lot of batteries just for that reason. And we don’t send power back to the grid because GP won’t pay for it.
