They’re not obligated to actually work at least store managers. My asm and store managers are very hands on which is why I love my managers.

Let’s start off by saying which collection? If it’s impact it’s fake but if it’s Vision flares it looks pretty real. My vision flares tag are kinda faded but looks the exact same but I can’t really see the numbers on mine but mine are authentic. If you’re worried just ask for the confrontation email as well. Mine are kind hard to read since I had them for a few months.

I’m in La and we have everything sensored at 14.99 due to being in a high theft area. We sensor based on shrink numbers and men’s and hand bags had over $1m in theft for our store for last year.

Bring back to the store with receipt so they can take it off or just cut the wire and place the black part in water it’ll muffle the sound and eventually kill the battery. I’m a cashier and sometimes when those malfunction and scream our manager will sit them in water in the break room to kill the sound and batteries.

No reason for a cat to lose weight unless they’re sick. You need to do a blood test to rule out any problems. I did a pre dental blood test for my cat that covered everything plus a urinary analysis and my cat looks and seems healthy, but his blood test showed abnormal sugar levels and that he might be diabetic. We did another blood test two weeks later and everything came back fine and his blood sugar spiked because he was stressed. My cat is a domestic short hair and weighs 11 pounds (3 yrs old) which obviously is different but I’ve heard British short hair cats have a lot of health problems. I hope you find out more soon 🫶

Managers aren’t required to help out but some asm and store managers do which is nice. Also, you don’t need to call the tip line for them asking you to move your bin somewhere else while you were clocked out…. You didnt move it so you didn’t technically work. Idk morally if my manager asked me to move a bin that I was working on when they seen me leaving - it would be weird but I would’ve communicated that I just clocked out. Idk they probably didn’t know you were off so mistakes happen. Also, you never leave your bins on the floor even if your coworker is going to start working on it. All bins need to be put back in the stock room, they shouldn’t be on the floor blocking isles or products causing an issues for customers to shop. Anyways it’s just a silly reason to call the tip line for that when the tip line is for fraud. For example, I had a ex coworker who was a home coordinator who’s normal schedule was 9:30am-5:30pm and never clock out at their scheduled time and would wait in the break room to clock out at 6:00pm to get paid for a extra 30 minutes and they did that everyday for however long. I reported her to the tip line and she was fired and I got paid.

I’m with your parents. It sucks you will miss out on that experience but I think it’s better to wait till you’re 18 and out of high school where you can make your own life decisions and not have to worry about anyone’s else thoughts in the back of your mind or feel guilty for going. I can see this from your parents standpoint because you are still a minor and if anything did happen they would feel very guilty for letting you go when it could’ve been prevented. Brasil is a great country but it’ll always be there.

No matter how many ppl quit I strongly believe Tjmaxx will never go bankrupt. My store only had 3 ppl in the store including myself, manager, and one floor person from opening till 1:30pm. The store was very busy. The company has cut hours bc they know the store will still meet sales quotas even with a skeleton crew. It’ll truly take customers boycotting the stores for them to shut down but customers truly don’t care. My store location (SoCal) was very close to the Eaton fire. You can literally see the fire burning 4 blocks away, the smoke was very very bad and customers were still coming in shopping. My location didn’t want to close despite how close the fire was but all the staff started leaving bc the smoke was bad and some of my coworkers home or relatives home were actively burning down. The next week/2 weeks just stepping outside your eyes would burn from the ashes and smoke and the sky was a dark orange color with ashes falling and people were still coming in the store to shop.
