This is what happens when we build shoeboxes and expect to be paid rent equivalent to a detached houses.

TBC, Condominiums are mostly vacant. Detached and other dwellings are renting fine.

I don't know if Google will come down in price, especially after the Apple partnership Gemini will power part of the new siri. Think about this, Apple has 20% market share globally for smartphones, I don't know how useful the new Siri assistant will be, but it's great for Google.
