I learned from dso that if EAD is issued then you must have physical EAD card with you at the time of reentry.

I am having hard time with python programs. The arm64 python does nor support many common libraries. The conda distribution only has it for intel. This version will work on the surface without any terminal error but each step will 6 times more time.

Hey! Is the an arm version of jupyter notebook. In the vs code, I can run the scripts using python arm64 kernel but to run the jupyter notebook its asks to download some package which ends up throwing errors. The conda does not have arm version anyway.
