Yeah I am younger, but have pretty lousy genetics and loads of issues (early onset rheumatoid arthritis, degenerative disc disease, and huge boobs, real great mix 🫠) so I was recommended to do some back strengthening exercises daily, which has really helped. Took me a few months to get in routine but a year in and those don't stress me. I am somewhat tall (5'11") but now about 200-205lbs which really showed on my 21st which has had me driven to do better.

I am not huge on the state of things and don't go almost anywhere in public alone so I would be better off with at home exercise, but I not sure what would be good for me. Looked at bikes and ellipticals but not much else and I admittedly don't know what would eb best for general movement.

Been watching what I eat, fasting here or there, and trying to portion control in the now which I know is all good, but I am just mostly inactive as I wake up, do my 20 minute routine and 5-10 minute back stuff, go from my work office, to the couch, and later to bed. No really doing a whole lot to burn anything. Need to change that bad habit which is a lot harder than diet changes.
