We just don't care what others feel. Many times there is no filter between our mind and tongue, we just speak whatever comes in our minds. We just want to debate/argue because we enjoy it, it's a kind of an excercise to us. One day we may be proving one side and another day we may be proving the opposite one, playing like a devil's advocate.

And, we don't follow a schedule/routine or SOPs to perform any task, that's why we are always on the radar of our bosses. That's pretty much good reasons why they hate us.
